Plans: Free vs Pro

The two plans, what each costs, and exactly what Pro adds - so you can pick the right one.

Soaly has no subscription. Everyone pays the same 5% transaction fee on paid tickets (free tickets are always free). When you need more than the Free limits, you unlock Pro - either for a single event or for your whole organization for a year. Everything is managed from Settings → Billing & Plans.

Which to choose

  • Free - no fixed cost; you only pay the 5% when you sell paid tickets. Ideal for occasional or smaller events within the Free limits.
  • Event Pro (GHS 200) - a one-off bigger event that needs promo codes, reserved seating, financial reports, or higher ticket limits.
  • Always-Pro (GHS 1,500/yr) - you run events regularly and want every event Pro plus branding, a team, and multiple organizations.
