Your profile & password
Update your name and photo, change your password, and understand the exact validation rules.
Your profile is personal to you and shared across every organization you belong to (it's not per-org). Manage it at Settings → Profile.
What you can change

| Name | At least 2 characters |
| Profile photo | JPG, PNG, or WebP, under 2 MB; upload or remove |
| Password | At least 8 characters and include a number; confirm current password first |
Changing your password
- 1Enter your current password to confirm it's you.
- 2Enter a new password - minimum 8 characters with at least one number.
- 3Confirm the new password and save.
Your email address is fixed and can't be changed here - it's your identity across organizations and on invites. Related: Sessions & devices, Notification preferences, and Export or delete your data.
