Export or delete your data
Download a JSON copy of your personal data, or permanently delete your account - with the ownership rules.
Soaly gives you direct control over your personal data - both exporting it and deleting it - from Settings → Profile, with no support ticket required.
Export your data
Download a JSON copy of your account, your organization memberships, and your sign-in history. This is your personal data; for organization/event data (bookings, responses, fees) use the CSV exports in Exporting your data.
Delete your account
Permanently delete your account from the same screen. You'll confirm by typing your email - a deliberate friction step, because deletion can't be undone.
What happens to your organizations

If you're the only owner of an organization that still has other members, you must hand ownership over or delete the organization first - otherwise your team would be locked out. Deletion is permanent.
