Exporting your data
Every CSV export Soaly offers, where to find it, and the one JSON account export.
Soaly keeps exports close to the data they describe - each lives on the screen you'd naturally look for it. Operational data exports as CSV (spreadsheet-ready); your personal account data exports as JSON.
CSV exports
| Export | Where | Contains |
|---|---|---|
| Bookings | An event's bookings list | Attendees, tickets, amounts, payment status |
| Check-ins | An event's Check-in screen | Who was admitted and when |
| Form responses | Forms → Responses | One row per response, one column per question (no section breaks) |
| Seating | The Seating screen | Units and who's assigned where |
| Transaction fees | Settings → Billing & Plans | Per-paid-booking fee history |
Account data (JSON)
Separately from org data, you can export your own account - profile, organization memberships, and sign-in history - as JSON from Settings → Profile. See Export or delete your data.
Exports are point-in-time snapshots. Pull a fresh CSV after a busy sales window or before a cleanup - refunding/cancelling bookings removes them from later exports.
