Inbox & activity
The organization-wide activity feed - what it logs, the unread badge, filtering, and how it relates to notifications.
The Inbox is your organization's shared activity feed - a running log of everything that happens across events and team, in one place. It's organization-wide (not personal), so any member who can see it sees the same stream. The sidebar shows an unread badge so you can tell at a glance when something new has landed.
What it logs
- New bookings and payments received
- Check-in activity
- Events published and cancelled
- Team changes (members joining)
- Support requests
Working the feed
- Filter by category to focus on, say, just payments or just team changes.
- Mark read individually, or mark all read to clear the unread badge.
The Inbox shows everything; [Notification preferences](/guide/notifications) control which of these also reach *you* by email. The two are linked but distinct: the feed is the org log, notifications are your personal subset.
