A guided way to create events

Creating an event is now a smooth, step-by-step flow instead of a single busy pop-up. You pick the kind of event, fill in the basics, and choose how tickets work — then your event is ready, with everything else just a click away on the event page whenever you want to fine-tune it.

Sell paid tickets for free — pay for Pro only when you need it

Big change to how Soaly is priced: selling paid tickets is now free for everyone. You only pay the standard 5% per paid ticket — no subscription.

  • Free for every organizer: create events, sell paid tickets and collect payments, with up to 500 tickets and 3 ticket types per event, and a short attendee questionnaire.
  • Need more for a big event? Unlock Pro for that single event (GHS 200) to raise the limits and turn on reserved seating, promo codes, attendee broadcasts, financial reports and CSV exports.
  • Run events often? Go always-Pro for a year (GHS 1,500) and every event is Pro automatically — plus branded booking pages and emails, a bigger team, and multiple organizations.

No monthly bill, no card on file — unlock Pro only when an event needs it.

New

Reserved seating

Seat your guests, not just sell tickets. With reserved seating you can create sections or tables, then assign attendees to them — with live capacity tracking so you always know what's full. Available on Soaly Pro.

New

Refunds and booking receipts

Cancelling a paid booking now issues a real refund through your payment provider, not just a status change — and the attendee is emailed a cancellation notice automatically. Paid bookings also get a downloadable receipt showing the organizer, event, payment method, line items, and total.

New

Camera QR check-in

Door staff can now admit attendees by scanning their ticket QR code with the device camera — not just by typing in a code. It works across browsers (including iPhone Safari), reads continuously, and handles camera-permission prompts gracefully.

New

Downloadable financial reports

Reports are now a proper, downloadable financial document per event. Each report breaks down gross revenue, platform fees, net revenue, refunds, and tickets sold, plus a revenue-by-ticket-type table and a payments-by-method split — ready to save as a PDF for your records or your accountant.
