  • Resell tickets in violation of event organizer policies

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Soaly platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Soaly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Soaly is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Soaly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
