Help panel & keyboard shortcuts
The right-hand help panel, its single search, every keyboard shortcut, and how to reach support.
Help in Soaly is a panel that opens beside your work, not a page you navigate away to. It combines search, this guide, and support in one place so you rarely lose your context.
The help panel
Click the ? in the top bar - or press ? - to open it. Inside you'll find one search across pages, actions, your events, and shortcuts; a link to this guide; and a Contact support form. It opens as a third column rather than a floating popover, so the page underneath stays put.
Keyboard shortcuts
Shortcuts are ignored while you're typing in a field. The G shortcuts are a chord - tap G, then the destination key within ~1.2s.

Contacting support
Open the help panel and choose Contact support to send us a message. We reply by email, so make sure your profile email is one you check.
G then a letter to jump sections, or Ctrl/⌘ + K to search for anything by name. See Finding your way around.
